Mohamed Abed Rabbo lives close to the border. In January 2009, his house, where all of his family lived, was destroyed. He now lives with 15 other people in a make-shift shelter for one year. Mohamed is ineligible to participate in the newly created United Nations program, UNRWA (The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East) because he is not a refugee. But in July 2011, his house was rebuilt with the help of the UN.
