The al-Nasser Salah al-Deen Brigades of the Popular Resistance Committees flex their muscles. The PRC were created in 2000 and are allied with Hamas. They are responsible for many rocket attacks on Israel and have taken part in the capture of Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit. Next to Hamas and the Islamic Jihad they are the third armed force of the Gaza Strip.
